Roles & Responsibility

  • Develop  growth strategies and action plans for new large accounts and unique  channel (distributors and system integrators) in targeted industries.

  • Increase repeat sales through existing large accounts by maintaining and enhancing customer relationship by regular visits.

  • Prepare  annual budget planning and business plans ensuring achievement of KPIs  and strong growth.  Develop countermeasures to get back to the budget if  missed.

  • Build  sales and marketing strategy in collaboration with regional and local  marketing teams to strategically position UR and create brand awareness  in target large accounts.

  • Qualify  marketing qualified leads to become sales opportunities, progressing  them through the final sales stages and conversion to orders.

  • Facilitate joint visits with distributor’s sales teams to targeted large accounts to identify and close new and repeat business.

  • Identify and map business strengths and customer needs with internal processes.

  • Conduct sales activities and analyze sales reports using CRM or Sales force.

  • Account for 70% travel time, mainly domestic.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic) would be a plus.

  • Minimum of 5-8 years demonstrated track record of business development from SMEs to large accounts end users. 

  • Experience in robotic application, system integration, and industrial automation is preffered

  • Familiarity with target segments such as CNC, Food & Beverage, Logistic, Medical & Electronics.

  • Business proficiency in English is mandatory (written and spoken).

  • Capable of structured sales, plans, budgets, pipeline management & marketing activity.

  • Business acumen capable on different decision levels from senior management to technical teams.

  • Strong communication & presentation skills with a good understanding of cross cultural differences
